Shipment Fees

Shipping fees include NZ handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
The shipping fees do not include any taxes or landing costs associated with your order once it reaches your country. Duties or Tax costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We do not advise using sharp implements to open your package when it arrives, all care should be taken to ensure contents are not damaged by the method used to open your package.

International Orders

We ship twice daily around the world. Our standard cost is approx $9.99 for orders up to $80.00.

This will order enable our automated ZONE estimation on shipping to your destination. Prior to this the website will show your order as FREE SHIPPING as the site is a New Zealand Based Site which offers FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100.00 and over. The website will presume that your order is a N.Z order until you have added your address in.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment unless they are OUT OF STOCK at the time so please check the page to ensure that your product is IN STOCK prior to placing your order. It will show you if a product is out of stock and usually also indicate when it will be back in stock.

Q: MY ORDER IS OVER $240.00NZD - I WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS THIS POSSIBLE?
You will see an increase in the shipping fee applied to your order for purchases of $240.00+. This is because Additional Insurance is 'auto-applied' for added protection.
This is one of our mandatory shipping rules.

Estimated Delivery time - International:

This varies depending on where your package is being sent to and the method of freight you select.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL
This is an economic way of having your goods sent.
The Target delivery time is 1-4 weeks for the International Mail Service (non tracked). Generally packages will arrive within 2 weeks.
Please note the term 'Business Days' applies to Monday - Friday

It also excludes any possible customs delays whilst in transit from New Zealand to you.

DHL: Is offered for orders of a particular value. Once you reach a certain value in your cart the DHL option will automatically appear.

Undeliverable / Undelivered items

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept claims for packages undelivered which contained addresses provided by the customer which were either incorrect or incomplete. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct at the time the order is placed.

Returns: If an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if it was marked 'not claimed' resulting in it being sent back to us, we will provide a full refund for the item purchased. We will not provide a refund on the original freight charge. If a request is made to have the package forwarded to the correct address (or resent)  - please be aware that any additional charges are the responsibility of customer.

Lost packages

Did you select Air International Mail (Non Tracked)?
This is an economical option however it does take longer 1-4 weeks after the date of shipment. NZ International Mail does not offer customers a tracking service for packages.
If your package has not been delivered after 4 weeks please let us know immediately.

What happens then?
STAGE1:
We will lodge an inquiry with NZ Post. They will issue an INQUIRY REFERENCE number which we will provide to you and they will then initiate correspondence to you via mail on a 1-2 week cycle of delivery.
By being able to receive their correspondence and replying to them immediately via email this confirms that you are able to receive mail at the address provided as your delivery address.

STAGE2:
When they have received your reply NZ Post investigators will then contact your local POSTAL SERVICE for further details, if your local POSTAL SERVICE is unable to confirm the delivery of your package to you NZ POST will write to us and request provide all paperwork with relation to your package in order to consider compensation.

STAGE3:
After consideration they will notify us and we will then initiate a refund.

IMPORTANT PLEASE CONTINUE:

If NZ POST does not receive a response from the customer to their correspondence they will not award any compensation on the grounds that mail is undeliverable at the provided delivery address. We therefore cannot provide a refund on the same basis.

Are we able to provide proof that your package has been dispatched?

Absolutely, we respect that our customers want to feel comfortable in knowing that their package has left our warehouse.
NEW ZEALAND INTERNATONAL POST
ALL
 packages which are sent via non - customer tracking (INTERNATIONAL AIR) are 'image scanned' in bulk at the time they received by THE NZ POST CENTRES.

The image has the INTERNATIONAL AIR LABEL as applied by NZ POST after it is accepted and entered  into the NZ POST system as proof that it has been dispatched by us and is now with NZ POST.
These 'image scans' are filed into our archives and by request we are happy to provide customers with the 'image scan'
